Dr. Levey

I hold a Psy.D. in School Psychology from Rutgers University and a B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Jewish Studies from Colgate University. I have served as a school psychologist at Rye Country Day School, Fox Lane High School in the Bedford School District, Harrison High School, and The Lang School in Manhattan, which gives me an inside perspective on the lives of young people in their school settings. In addition to my mental health counseling experience, I have been an executive functioning coach for over a decade, helping students increase their metacognition and feel more confident in their day-to-day lives. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support individuals with a range of presenting symptoms, as well as school-based Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which is a skills-based program that teaches mindfulness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance.

I grew up in Westchester and now live here with my husband and 3 young children. I love live music and I have seen hundreds of concerts!
